    Description

    Yamaha DDP-1 surround processor/AC-3 decoder. Decodes AC-3/Dolby Digital from optical, digital coax, and AC-3 RF. AC-3 RF is typically found as an output on laserdisc players. Basically, it takes a digital multichannel AC-3 encoded input, and decodes it to six discrete analog RCA outputs.
    This unit is in great physical condition, and I tested all the functions I could and everything seems to work. I tested with a DVD player (through optical) as well as the built-in test function and got output on every channel. I don't have a laserdisc player with AC-3 RF output so I was not able to test that.
    Pictures show actual item. No remote is included but all the functionality is pretty easy to adjust from the front panel.
