Yamada's woks are made by beating each wok individually with a hammer (machine) thousands of times by a process called "UCHIDashii".
Uchidashii" is a manufacturing method in which a flat iron plate is pressed and beaten again and again with a special machine equipped with a hammer to manually turn the wok into a wok shape.
