Vintage Floral Hat Box W/Rope Holder; Victorian Design; Ecru W/Mauve, Pink, Blue

Description

This hat box is made of sturdy cardboard and paper and is completely covered in a gorgeous Victorian floral design in colors of mauve, pinks and blues on an ecru colored background.
There is a light sheen applied to the floral design on both the exterior and interior of the hat box.
There is a 32” long dusty pink braided cord attached to the hat box on either side for carrying.
The dimensions of the hat box are 12 1/2” long, 6” high, 40” around, and 5 3/4” deep.
This hat box is from the 1980’s and it is in amazingly wonderful vintage condition.
There is a small area of white on one side of the exterior and a very small round raised mark on the lid. Both of these areas are difficult to notice as they actually blend in with the floral design.
The bottom of the interior has a few markings as well that also blend in with the floral design.
The carrying cord is a bit faded and there is a slight raised area at the seam on the lid that could be glued down but there are no tears, rips, holes or deep stains anywhere on the box, exterior, interior or the lid. Please refer to all photos.
