VINTAGE 1950'S 1960'S RANSOHOFF'S HAT BOX STRAW HAT

Beautiful vintage I. Magnin Mr. John straw bucket hat with matching hat pin!  Can be worn with the rim up or down.  Also, a VERY RARE vintage Ransohoff's hat box.  I believe both are from the 1950's - 1960's.
The straw hat is in great vintage condition other than the little flower is bent and there are two areas that look like extra stiches along the rim of the hat (not sure if that's where the hat was finished or not).  Looks unworn!
The hat box isn't in as good of condition.  It has faint pen and pencil marks on the top and three sides.  The paper is bubbly and warped and the top has a dent.  I've already glued one corner that was badly torn and it looks better.  The box needs some special paper paint to cover the marks and writing.  The bottom of the box is white and says Ransohoff's, 259 Post Street, San Francisco.  Despite all the damage, the inside looks great and the box is structurally sound.
The hat fits most sized heads.  Has combs to hold it in place.  My head measures 22 1/2" and it fits nice and snug.
