Using low to medium heat, and hand washing is recommended.

Use and Care Instructions:
Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash only in warm soapy water.
CAUTION, handle will become hot during cooking. ALWAYS use an oven mitt when handling a hot pan.
Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating pattern on cooking surface. Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and stove.
Do not leave pan on hot burner unattended or allow it to boil dry.
Cooking with oil or butter is optional. However, it does improve cooking performance and the taste of most food.
Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.
