has a unique curve in it which allows it to stay connected to the trash receptacle even when it is upside down being emptied into the sanitation truck (unless you remove it). Simply attach the curved end of the
Bighorn Trash Hitch
Piggyback
®
to the bar on the front side of the wheeled trash receptacle by pushing down on it. Then, slip the hooked end through the handle of the trash receptacle; put the cotter pin (2 included) through the hole for extra security and you’re ready to roll!

Warning:
It is not recommended that more than 3 receptacles be towed at one time, including the one hooked to the trash hitch itself).  The vehicle towing the trash receptacles should not be driven faster than the speed a person who pulls by hand would go if doing a fast walk.  The wheels on these trash receptacles are not designed for fast speeds.
