Description

Natural concentrate for making Russian pine kvass - a refreshing drink with nice coniferous flavor. All you need is to add some water,  dried rye bread and raisins. Each pack is enough for making up to 4 litres of kvass.
Price is for 2 packs.
How to make your own homemade kvass:
Dilute starter from the packet along with 150-200g of sugar in 3-4 litres of warm drinking water.
Add 50g of white raisins and 200g of dried rye bread crisps.
Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 24 hrs.
After 24 hrs stir your kvass and add 50g of sugar for each litre of the drink. Leave for another 24 hrs.
Filter your kvass through clean cloth, put it to the bottles and store in the fridge.
Ingredients: Hops, Juniper berries extract, pine needles, rye malt, pine buds, whole rye flour.
